Support with spare parts and consumables. Delivery to anywhere in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the CIS (calculated by managers separately).

Flexible system of discounts depending on the form of payment and the amount of equipment purchased.

Delivery time depends on the availability in our warehouse, in case of delivery from the manufacturer is 20 working days.

  • The equipment is certified and has a certificate of the sample of the Customs Union.
  • A complete package of documents for registration is provided.
  • We provide support for spare parts and consumables.

  • Delivery to any city of Kazakhstan and the CIS by land transport is possible.

The cost and delivery time in Kazakhstan and the CIS are calculated individually by the manager.

The appearance and designation of models may differ from those presented in this commercial proposal, due to the constant modernization of the model range of all manufacturers.

* Payment and all settlements under the contract are made in the national currency-tenge at the rate of National Bank of Kazakhstan on the day of payment.

In order to insure the risk of losses associated with a change in the exchange rate of foreign currency against  tenge at the date of payment by the Buyer, the parties are entitled to hedge (index) prices for materials and spare parts by determining the final price (part of the price) payable by the Parties For Goods, as follows:

Pf = D х (R2/R1),

where Pf -  is the final price (part of the price),

D - the sum of products defined by Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement;

R2 - coefficient set as a ratio (tenge: 1 US dollar) at the exchange rate of Halyk Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the day of payment, namely, on the day the payment is received on the Supplier’s bank account;

R1 - 450; the base rate of the US Dollar to tenge

The amount (R2 / R1) is determined up to two decimal places (inclusive, mathematical round off).

The cost indicated in the offer is preliminary and is subject to adjustment at the time of ordering.

At bulk orders discounts are provided.The price is valid until September 29, 2019.
