HOW OFTEN DO YOU NEED TO SERVE THE LOADER?

Most of the factories, manufacturers of equipment recommend servicing loaders with an interval of 200-250 hours, there are exceptions where the frequency of maintenance increases to 500 hours, but the cost of consumables increases significantly.

We recommend servicing loaders with a frequency of 250 operating hours, this allows you to keep the equipment in working order, eliminate serious breakdowns, predict scheduled repairs or replacement of wearing parts.

When carrying out maintenance, we carry out diagnostics and give recommendations on the correct operation of equipment.

There is nothing complicated in the maintenance of the forklift, as a rule, the main points are the replacement of the engine oil, the replacement of the oil, air and fuel filters. Lubrication of units, injection of grease fittings in accordance with the lubrication chart, adjustment work. All the necessary manipulations are prescribed in the operating instructions for different brands of loaders, they may differ slightly. We recommend not to do large maintenance (1200, 2400 hours, etc.) on your own, because they require a special tool for adjustment work, as well as replacement of wearing parts.

You want your forklift to stay in good working order for as long as possible. For this, it is important to regularly carry out thorough maintenance of all its parts. Stop the engine and remove the key from the ignition, turn the neutral switch to the off position and unfasten your seat belt: it's time to present you with your forklift maintenance checklist.

New loaders need service every 250 hours of operation (minor maintenance). Safety checks should be carried out every 3-6 months or every 500 operating hours (interim maintenance), and after 2000 operating hours or no later than 1 year after the previous maintenance, it is time for a major overhaul.

All minor maintenance tasks are re-performed during intermediate maintenance, and major maintenance includes re-performing all minor and intermediate maintenance tasks. You can use this Forklift Maintenance Checklist to manage your forklift and power lift truck maintenance schedule.

We can assure you that regular maintenance will save you time and money in the long term. Regular maintenance leads to fewer breakdowns and damage, and fewer safety problems. Please note that this document is a general guideline, always follow the manufacturer's instructions in the service manual for your device.
